Halsey Bottling is California’s industry leader in high-speed mobile bottling for both wine and spirits. Based in the Napa Valley, our six high-speed mobile bottling lines are available to meet your needs. On average we bottle 2500-4000 cases per day, and have bottled millions of cases of wine since our founding in 2006.
Halsey Mobile Bottling was founded by Dan Halsey Jr., who has over 40 years of wine bottling experience. Dan is widely regarded as one of the most knowledgeable wine industry professionals in the area of bottling and packaging wines. Halsey Bottling cultivates strategic partnerships with our customers and their suppliers: leading to economical, effective and efficient bottling outcomes. It is our mission to deliver services focused on meeting your individual needs: dynamic scheduling, rigid SOP standards, high-speed & high-volume bottling runs.
One area that sets Halsey Bottling apart from other packaging companies is our commitment to stringent Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). These procedures are the bedrock of our HAACP plan: a systematic preventive approach to food safety and quality from biological, chemical, and physical hazards in production. Clients can be assured that our careful monitoring of your bottling run will satisfy the safety needs of both the winery and consumer.
In 2014 Halsey Bottling was certified by the CCOF to handle organic wines. Our certification to meet organic procedures stems from a company-wide belief that the health of the wine industry will depend upon wine producers embracing new and sustainable practices.

According to Amcor, Bronco Wine’s field-testing of the 750-mL PET bottles is a significant development in the wine industry, because it represents a major glass-to-plastic 750-mL conversion by a major wine producer. Bronco has previously had strong commercial success with PET in a 187-mL size ……(more)
